Back at USC, Cassie has been a reporter and video journalist for Annenberg TV News. Her career at ATVN started at the assignment desk in her first semester of freshman year. While working at ATVN, Cassie covered the 2008 elections, President Obama's visit to USC and reporting live on the fall 2010 elections. She looks forward to taking on the challenge of producing next semester. While balancing a rigorous schedule, she remains an active and dedicated member of Alpha Delta Pi sorority assisting with philanthropies.
Outside of her involvements at USC, Cassie has interned for Univision's promotions department, Hollywire.com and The Gotham Group. Her latest internship was last summer when she worked with KABC-7's entertainment reporter George Pennacchio. While the entertainment industry has always been one of her passions, she learned the time and energy it took to be a successful reporter and loved every minute of it. With George's supervision, she covered junkits, premiers and Hollywood events and wrote packages. She hopes to intern with KABC again this upcoming summer.
Right now, her passion is traveling.
